ABOUT THE LANDING STRIP

Yunuseli Landing Strip is Turkey’s first landing strip located in Osmangazi District of Bursa city center. After being used in military services between 2001-2017, it was reopened to civil aviation on February 1, 2017.

Yunuseli Landing Strip, which has an area of 542 thousand square meters, hosts 4 hangars and more than 30 aircraft. There are educational institutions that provide civil aviation training in the landing strip. In addition to hosting Teknofest UAV and UCAV competitions in 2021, Yunuseli Landing Strip also hosts technology events, vehicle tests, trainings and various concerts. The runway on the landing strip is 1400 meters long and 32 meters wide.
